Accepted Payments:

Right now, I accept payments only through PayPal. However, you can still purchase my jewellery with your credit or debit card, even if you don’t have a PayPal account. After being taken to the payment site, simply click “Pay with debit or credit card”, and you’ll be able to pay without setting up an account. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. Delivery & Returns:


  1. Countries I sell to:

    Unfortunately, a lot of countries list either jewellery, or gemstones, precious metals, and base metals as restricted or prohibited items. Because of this, I’m unable to ship to some destinations around the world. Below is a list of countries I can ship to. If your country is not on the list, this means two things:
    Your shipping laws regard jewellery, or the materials I use, as restricted or prohibited items, and therefore I can’t ship there
    I couldn’t find any information about your country’s shipping laws.
    Here’s the list of the countries that don’t regard jewellery as restricted or prohibited item:

    Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (I can ship only copper or bronze items to France, precious metals are not allowed), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, UK


    Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco (only copper or bronze), Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Turkey, Ukraine (but not to Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk and Luhansk Oblast)

  2. Delivery times:

    I aim to send out all orders within 3 business days after the date of purchase. Shipping times depend on the time of the year, and your location. I’m not in charge of delivering your orders, and have no influence on how long it takes for them to reach you. However, with that said, here are the standard shipping times, depending on where in the world you are:
    UK: Your order should be with you the next working day.
    EU/EFTA It can take up to 7 business days.
    The rest of the world It can take between 7 and 14 business days until you get your order.
    Please note that those are only estimates, and there are many factors influencing the actual delivery times. Around the holidays, and especially Christmas, shipping usually takes longer, so please keep that in mind.

  3. If you haven’t got your order on time:

    As I stated above, there are many things that can change the delivery time, and once I ship the order, it’s out of my hands, and there’s not much I can do about it getting to you on time. I do realise that waiting for an order and not getting it by the estimated time is frustrating. Here’s when you should contact me, if you still haven’t received your parcel:
    If you’re in the UK: If it’s been more than 5 business days.
    If you’re in the EU/EFTA: If it’s been more than 20 business days.
    If you’re anywhere else: If it’s been more than 25 business days.

  4. Order gone missing:

    If you haven’t got your order on time, and we’ve already did everything possible to locate it without any success, I’ll refund you the amount you paid for your order.
    Please note that Royal Mail doesn’t consider mail lost until:

      1.It’s been more than 5 working days after due delivery date, if the order was sent via Special Delivery to the UK.
      2.It’s been more than 20 working days after the scheduled delivery date, if the order was sent to Europe.
      3.It’s been more than 25 working days after the due delivery dated, if the order was sent to anywhere else.

  5. Shipping prices and shipping methods:

    Regardless of where you live, the shipping cost is automatically calculated in the cart. The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, and the value of your order. You can see the shipping price before you check out
    UK: I ship all UK orders with Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM service. For orders above £100 the shipping within the UK is free.
    EU/EFTA: All orders are sent with Tracked and Singed Delivery service.
    The rest of the world: The same delivery service as for EU/EFTA.
    Orders above £250: If you’re in the UK, delivery service stays the same. If you’re outside of the UK, your order will be shipped by courier service, as Royal Mail won’t deliver packages above this amount overseas.

  6. Returns policy:

    If, for whatever reason, you’re not happy with your purchase, notify me within 7 days after getting it. You have 14 days after delivery date to ship the item back. The item must be unworn and undamaged. If it’s damaged, I’ll refund you only if the damage occurred while in transit,  or if it occurred due to some design flaw on my part.
    Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless the item was delivered to you in error or the item is faulty. The return package must be send with tracking.
    If there’s anything wrong with your purchase, please contact me immediately!

    Earrings and custom orders can’t be returned.

Customs fees & Taxes:

Please note that if you live outside of the UK, you may be required to pay customs fees, post office handling fees, or import taxes when your order reaches its destination. Different countries have different thresholds for those fees & taxes, so make sure to check your local rules to see if you’ll have something to pay.

Repairs & Advice:

I care about the items I produce, and I want you to be happy with your new piece. That’s why, within a year of purchasing any of my jewellery, you’re entitled to free repairs (if possible), should anything go wrong (though you’ll still need to pay the postage price). After one year, I’m happy to repair the item for a fee we’ll work out together, depending on what needs to be done. If you need any advice regarding the care of the piece you purchased, feel free to send me a message, and I’ll try to help.
